The One Chattanooga Strategic Framework is the North Star for our work at the city. Centered on equity, One Chattanooga consists of 7 goals and 40 initiatives to realize our vision of a city where opportunity exists for all and where prosperity is plentiful. By starting with the idea that local government should optimize for people and not the other way around, we can realize a more effective and equitable city. Innovation Delivery and Performance Department (IDP) serves as an internal support group to better the work of each city department and help achieve the One Chattanooga vision. IDP is a department of connecting the dots and is a great place for individuals who are curious and love learning. There is always something new to learn in the city when you work with departments as diverse as Police, Fire, Public Works, Technology Services and Community Development.
