The Director of the Office of Performance Management and Open Data (OPMOD) works with city departments and agencies to understand the end users' needs, improve city processes and deliver value, all in a data informed manner. Innovation Delivery and Performance Department (IDP) serves as an internal support group to better the work of each city department and help achieve the One Chattanooga vision. IDP is a department of connecting the dots and is a great place for individuals who are curious and love learning. There is always something new to learn in the city when you work with departments as diverse as Police, Fire, Public Works, Technology Services and Community Development.
